One of the hardest things to do when it comes to The Paisans Club is trying to decide what to write about.  I really don't want to write the same thing over and over but once in a while a light bulb goes off and I'm on a roll.  


The day after the show, I'm on my regular routine.  Up early and out on my bike clearing my mind.  And don't think for a minute I'd rather be home.  But the best part is mentally I feel good now if my mental state would communicate with my physical body I'd be one happy man.  And if I'm  really lucky, I know I'm pushing it, have a full night's sleep without getting up during the night.  Do you think I can ask ALEXA for a replacement body?  Wouldn't that be great????


Ok I'm done for this month, we'll talk next month.  Gotta get ready for CRYSTAL STARK
